This device is made up of three parts, namely host machine, electrical cabinet and auxiliary machine. The host machine is placed in the blast-proof host machine room and the electrical cabinet and auxiliary machine are in non-blast-proof vice machine room. A complete set of coating system is connected with wind pipe, air pipe, dust removal pipe and cable.

The host machine is installed in the host machine room.

The electrical cabinet and auxiliary machine are installed in vice machine room.

The host machine is comprised of base, working cabinet, powder supply machine, lifting appliance, peristaltic pump, spray gun, control cabinet, dust removal case and electric machine and so on.

2)    Technical training

2.1  During the period of installing and debugging the device, we’ll train the operators and maintenance people on scene.

2.2  Training content: The basic working theory, operation, maintenance techniques, trouble analysis, trouble removal, daily and regular maintenance of the device and the procedure of changing the easily damaged parts.
